Dorothy and Kevin
Dunwoody Methodist and Cobb Galleria
I was very much looking forward to Dorothy and Kevin's wedding because I already feel like a member of Dorothy's family. I have photographed both of Dorothy's sisters weddings and many of her friends, in fact eight of my past bride's were at the wedding so it was very special on many levels. Dorothy was beautiful and full of fun and everything was amazing. Photographing a wedding at Christmas time is such a special time, just look at few of the shots below and you will see what I mean.

Girls Night Out in Roswell!

We are excited to be hosting a charity event for Kool Kidz. This is a great local charity that raises money to help children with disabilities. So we have gathered together about 20 of Roswell's favorite boutique businesses to come together for this event. So women come out This Thursday the 13th from 6-9 and get pampered with wine, food, music and even a massage when you view our boutique show. We will have a silent auction and a raffle to help raise money for Kool Kidz and the first 200 women will get a goodie bag with lots great stuff. You can come and see some of our latest work and get some photography incentives when you are there. Gift Cards will be available at the show and 20% of the money will go to Kool Kidz so please come out and support them. The event will be at Soda Hair Salon at the square and also at J. Christophers (the old Public House).

Finally we are back blogging!!!

Having our studio hit by a tornado and then having to move our studio during the heart of wedding season was a challenge. But we are now running smoothly and we wanted to let everyone that has not seen our new studio to have a look. Our new studio is only two miles from the heart of historical Roswell and it sits on five acres. As you can see, not only do we have a wonderful indoor location for studio shots, but there are so many places to shoot on the property. We have our red barn, creek, huge rocks, a giant field (my daughter calls it the meadow), gravel drive lined with a black fence, and real fruit bearing pear trees, plus much more. You are just going to have to come and see it at your next shoot. Hope you are as excited as we are.

See you soon!

Step to the side Abbey Road

Natalee, shane and the family are becoming one on May 17th. We had such a fun time on this shoot going from "Abbey Road" to waterfalls, what more could we do? In a week we will top this with a wonderful wedding in the mountains at Blackstock Vineyards. I photographed Natalee's sisters wedding a year ago and I have been very close to the Powers family ever since.

Carol and Paul April 5, 2008
Dunwoody Methodist Church / Dunwoody Country Club

I was so excited to be part of Carol and Paul's wedding because I already feel like one of the family. I photographed Carol's sister's wedding several years ago and I am photographing her other sisters wedding in December not to mention that I have photographed so many of their friends weddings over the years. Carol and Paul's wedding was so magical, the church was so beautiful and I do not think one more person could have fit into the sanctuary. The country club was amazing and they had such a great time and they would do anything that I asked so we got some amazing pictures.

Kara and Christopher
St. Lukes and the Pavillion

What can I say except this was one amazing wedding. Kara was so beautiful and laughing all the time. When you a group that is so fun and will do anything I ask then we can not help but get some amazing shots. It was also an honor to be at this wedding because I have photographed so many of Kara's friends and to see them again was a real treat.

Adi and Daniel

We had a great time shooting their engagement shoot. Daniel started out not being very excited about the shoot but he came around and started having fun. Then I could not stop Adi and Daniel from laughing and just having fun. It makes such a difference when a couple will relax and be themselves and below you will see what I mean.
